Nadia Delicata is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Moral and Spiritual Theology of the Faculty of Theology at the University of Malta. She teaches in the areas of fundamental moral theology and Christianity and culture. She did her theological studies at Regis College, the Jesuit theologate of the Toronto School of Theology of the University of Toronto, between 2001 and 2011. During the same period, she also specialized in Eastern Christian Studies and held two Fellowships at the McLuhan Programme in Culture and Technology and the Religion in Public Sphere initiative of the Centre for the Study of Religion, both of the University of Toronto. Delicata’s doctoral dissertation focused on challenges to Christian formation in a digital age through a media ecology hermeneutic of culture. Since then, her research and publications have continued to focus on how moral and theological reflection must be reconsidered in light of new technological phenomena.
