Dawn R. Elm, Ph.D., is the David A. & Barbara Koch (Graco) Distinguished Professor of Business Ethics and Leadership at the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas. Dawn also currently serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Ethics in Practice at the Opus College and as a section editor for the Journal of Business Ethics. 

 

She is widely published in the field of business ethics. Her current research involves improving ethical decision making in business, ethics in the relationship between technology and humanity, privacy issues with social media, and the integration of aesthetics and business ethics.

 

Dawn is an active member of the global associations of the Social Issues Division of the Academy of Management, the Society for Business Ethics and the International Association for Business and Society. She was recently elected to the IABS Fellows organization and was honored with the 2017 Sumner Marcus Award from the SIM Division.
